Peace Like a River

Coffee of the Day - Vanilla Biscotti

Hello everyone! no news yet from the doctor about my biopsies.... gosh waiting on them is SO HARD! I will find out one way or the other tomorrow because I am calling the office to see what is up. ;)

I did make a few cards to take my mind off of the waiting, waiting, waiting....
I wanted to make one for a dear friend of mine. an image & sentiment over at From the Heart was just perfect. I also used the current sketch in their challenge, so it worked out for a two-fer!


papers are from the Basic Grey Kneehighs collection, flowers are Wild Orchid Crafts, butterfly die by The Cat's Pajamas, and pretty circle die is Spellbinders. the card base was sprayed with glimmer mist.

    Oh dear Jennifer, I can't imagine the tension of waiting for those results....hope you get them tomorrow & they are good! I thought about you this morning as I sat outside having my coffee(just plain old Maxwell House)& watching the birds. There were 5 orioles, grosbeaks, hummingbirds, goldfinches, warblers & more swarming the feeders...it was wonderful! And, not a rascally chipmunk in sight to steal the seed!

    fabulous card. you are definitely queen of pink. sure, i like pink, but i rarely use or have anything in the color... go figure!
