anyone may enter this blog candy. you do NOT have to be a follower or post it on a blog. all you have to do is be willing to make ONE card this month to tell someone you are thinking about them. even better if it has a dash ( or a whole lot more! ) of pink somewhere on it. :) I'm not even going to ask you to link your card, although if you would like to in the comments, I will do my best to stop by! you can join the contest first and then make the card - I trust you. :)
I'll be adding a proper photo of the candy up for grabs later on, but I am going to have SEVERAL winners! I know for certain there will be at LEAST 5! :) that is happy happy news for everyone!
some of the prizes included are:
- Unity stamps (they were VERY generous and donated some for all of YOU!)
- K & Co. breast cancer awareness stickers
- hope silver charms
- pink ribbons and cording
- buttons
- pink stickles
- Quick Kutz awareness ribbon die
- Crafter's Workshop houndstooth stencil
- paper flowers
- washi tape
- and more!
all you have to do is add your name to our little blue froggy linky friend. the candy will be open all month. winners will be chosen the first week of November and announced here on the blog. I'll need addresses to be sent ASAP so I can get everything mailed out pronto quickly.
Thanks so much to all of YOU who have given me so much support during my own cancer battle. you have made this journey so much easier to bear!

Hey, Jennifer. I see your name all the time when I am entering challenges. I wanted to stop by and say I am so happy that you are 2 years cancer free. You have really been blessed. It seems every time I turn around a friend has cancer. Anyway, I like the cards you make. Stop by my blog (it's kinda like a blog but I never talk about anything) anytime.

I send out several cards a month with a thinking of you theme, and in October always add some pink.
ReplyDeleteI was thrilled to hear your good news too!
Jennifer, this has been a month of many cards. I made a nice mint green and pink card for a friend's 89th birthday. Handmade cards are special and I've enjoyed seeing yours. You will be missed here and I hope you will keep us posted on your life. Prayers will continue to be said for you. Enjoy you boys! Blessings.
ReplyDeleteWow, what a cool candy prize. It sounds like you have so much your are dealing with at the present. The Lord never gives us more than we can handle! Just a lot of challenges along the way. I've learned this, this year as well when I had to take a break from the Outlws! All the best to you neighbor!!
ReplyDeleteHi Jennifer,
ReplyDeleteWhat a special and meaningful blog candy. As I've said in the past, you are very inspirational. Such a strong and positive person. Very cool to see you hosting over at HYCCT for the second year in a row, too.
I didn't link to a specific card, but have been creating all month for HYCCT and have a big box ready to go when I finish up the challenges. In addition, I send weekly cards to my chemo angel buddy who is undergoing chemotherapy right now. They have not been pink (she does not have breast cancer), but rather bright and sunny. I'm trying to bring her some sunshine during this tough time for her.
